Want to enjoy a completely GUILT FREE hot Chai Protein Latte during the cold months? This method is a super quick and easy way to get your Chai Latte fix the healthy way!

 

Step 1:
Pour 200-250mls of milk of choice (soy, almond, oat, coconut etc) into your Chai Protein shaker.

Step 2:
Add 2 tablespoons of Chai Protein powder to the milk. Put the lid on the shaker and make sure the one touch lid is completely sealed. Shake the protein shaker vigorously up and down for a slow count of 10.

Step 3:
Pour milk into a microwaveable mug and heat on full power for 60-90 seconds, stir it with a spoon and pour back into your Chai Protein shaker bottle to enjoy on the go! Microwave instructions are based on an 800W microwave.

We also recommend a sprinkle of cinnamon on top to be a little bit fancy
